Events

The National Workforce Modernisation Programme hosts national and regional events to drive forward business change and workforce reform. All events share learning, expertise and knowledge and enable stakeholders to engage in this important area of policing improvement.

Conference
This is a two day national event involving representatives from all police forces, police authorities and key stakeholders. Conference provides delegates with an opportunity to explore the critical issues relating to workforce modernisation and to learn from speakers, workshops and each other.

Network
Representatives from forces working with the programme attend a series of network events. These are informal sessions designed to assist the implementation of workforce modernisation. You can register to gain access to the network section and download presentations shared during these events.

Master Classes
Force and BCU management teams can experience a workforce modernisation master class. These events will demonstrate how the national programme can assist forces to achieve sustainable business improvement. It will explain the programme's methodology, which has a direct impact on operational policing through performance, productivity and visibility.
